What we collect

Account information. When you create an account or choose Apple or Google sign-in, Zeus Learn receives an account identifier and may receive your name and email. You can also choose a display name.

Course progress. Zeus Learn saves the course, completed steps, and progress state associated with your account so you can continue on another session.

Team information. If you join or create a team space, we store the team name, optional VEX team number, memberships, roles, classes, invites, and other information you choose to add for collaboration.

Billing information. Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Zeus Learn receives subscription and entitlement information, such as the plan, status, customer reference, and renewal dates. Zeus Learn does not receive your full card number.

How we use it

We use information to authenticate accounts, save course progress, provide team spaces, process and restore subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

Cookies and service providers

Zeus Learn uses essential session, refresh, and sign-in state cookies. The current site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Zeus Learn uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting, and Apple or Google when you choose one of those sign-in providers. These services may process request metadata such as an IP address, browser, timestamp, or security event under their own terms.

Sharing and retention

Team information is visible to the members you intentionally invite or join with. We do not sell personal information. We keep account, progress, team, and subscription information while it is needed to provide the service, support account access, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. Providers may retain limited logs and backups under their documented policies.

Your choices

You can edit optional profile and team details where Zeus Learn provides those controls, leave a team space subject to its ownership rules, and manage or cancel a subscription through the account billing controls. For an access, correction, or deletion request, contact henry@controlstudios.net.

Students and safety

Zeus Learn may be used in student robotics programs. Coaches, schools, and guardians should supervise account and team-space use as appropriate and should not place sensitive personal information in free-form team content.
